Syncing 9.5 and 9.6 features??
Is it possible at all to use the cheat converter from 9.6 for 9.5? Just curious cause I believe that is not how files work, but it's worth the shot.

Actually, also, what is the cheat converter meant for? My assumption initially is to translate codes that would normally only work with a physical DS?

it translates 0.9.5 cheat codes to 0.9.6. it is useless for converting cheat codes that would normally only work with a physical DS
