I noticed right off the bat that the action icons were missing at first in Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, but they appeared after the tutorial for some strange reason, but when I started hitting blocks as I was able to move around, I also noticed that coins don't appear, or items. It's not a big deal at first since the coins and items are automatically acquired when you hit a block, but later in the game you get to a mini-game inside bowser when he's eating a giant carrot, and you have to use the "Stylus" to poke pieces of food to reveal these little exploding items to help you complete the mini-game, and the little shine sprite helper points out the location of the item, but it's not there, you can click it, but it's a sprite you're not able to see like the coins and items, so it makes the mini-game seem alot harder then it could be, and I'm hoping this problem doesn't persist throughout the game. Is this an issue you guys know about and are planning to fix, or is it more complicated then that? Thanks.
P.S. I have tried both OpenGL and SoftRasterizer and all the checkboxes.
Edit: I've also tried both 0.9.4 and the latest SVN, the problem exists in both.

Yeah it's true the sprite is missing however bowsers mouth glows when he has eaten that special part so I just made sure i click again on the food that came around the time when he's mouth glowed and did it first time.
