Can't find latest SVN

I can't seem to find the latest SVN or I don't know how to look for it.
I downloaded the source code, tried to compile it (WinXP, VS2005) but it gave me errors (certain files like dsound.h, dinput.h, ...).
I've read somewhere in this forum that I had to install the DirectX Software Development Kit and the other one.

Question: Is the source code download (0.9.1) the latest SVN or do I download it elsewhere, and if it is I suppose I have to install the SDKs to successfully compile it?

The source code download is not the latest svn. It is the contents of the svn at the time when the release was made; therefore it is stale at this point.
