On submitting bug reports

Hi,

I was just wondering if the developers preferred that one submits bug reports in the 'compatibility' forum, or that one uses the 'submit bug' option in desmume's menu, which redirects to sourceforge ?

I believe the SourceForge bug tracker is the preferred method.

Re: On submitting bug reports

Thanks for your valuable input, but I think I would prefer it if one of the actual developers would answer the question.

Re: On submitting bug reports

All right, ill submit the bugs I found on the sourceforge bugtracker then as well, and will continue to do so from now on. Thanks for clearing that up for me. The subtext of "Talk here about working/not working games " had me slightly confused about where to post bugs. Perhaps that text should be altered, or the forum should have a 'sticky' note that for general compatibility issue discussions you should use the forum, but for actual bug reports you should use the sourceforge bugtracker ? (or something similar ?)

Just my 2$...

Re: On submitting bug reports

This is here for help on deciding whether something is a bug, if youre not sure. If you have discussed it or are smart and know for sure, then go straight to the bug tracker. Also this is here for people too dumb ever to use a bug tracker, in case they actually have something to contribute despite being dumb. Thanks for reporting bugs!
