Enable different size screens on Linux/Ubuntu

Is there a way to have two different sizes for the screens? I'd like the secondary one to be smaller, I'ts better for speedruns but I can't find these options on Ubuntu. I recall in Windows I could do it via the menus just easily, but in Ubuntu I found much less options overall. All I can do in Ubuntu is to resize the 2 screens the same. I built desmume from source using meson with these options on version 0.9.13:

CFLAGS='-march=native -Ofast -flto' CXXFLAGS=$CFLAGS LDFLAGS=$CFLAGS meson setup -Dopenal=true mesonbuild

Unfortunately, It can't be built with opengl, I think my GPU doesn't support it (RX550), surprisingly It allows for OpenGL in the GFX configs and works wonders.

Since this is my first post, if any more info is needed id be glad to give. Any help is greatly appreciated!
