I accidentally pressed something and need help reverting it

While playing Pokemon Black 2, I accidentally pressed some key, or bumped my mouse in a way that made it so only the bottom screen of the emulator is showing? I can post a screenshot if needed, I'm just not sure how.

if you want to VIEW TWO LCDs, use the VIEW menu and uncheck ONE LCD.
