Full Screen Desmume Bug

Hello, my name is Lorenzo and I would like to know how to solve a problem in the Desmume emulator. I was playing Pokémon White 2 normally, I closed the emulator to play later. When I opened it again, the application is full screen, without the possibility of exiting by clicking F11 or using the toolbar, my only choice is to press Alt + F4.
I didn't find a way to solve it anywhere, so I downloaded the latest version of the emulator, but now I don't know how to transfer my games and saves to the new emulator. NOTE: The "Battery" or "Roms" folders do not exist in the new downloaded version file.
