Is it possible to have a different set of controls for different ROMs/games on desmume?

no.
You could have an ini file for each game, if you wanted, with each one set up the way you want. before you play POKEMON then you can copy POKEMIN.ini to desmume.ini

Thanks for answering, you made my day the DeSmuMe emulator does not natively support having different sets of controls for different ROMs or games. The emulator's control settings apply globally to all games being played.While searching for the online casino games, I came across the website and read here the article where I can view numerous online casinos sites with cafe casino no deposit bonus and win real money by playing these games.
