black screen upon launching Storm Silver

Hi,

I just captured Moltres on Storm Silver and saved the game, I opened my pokemon list and my Emulator black screened.
Upon restarting I do get audio and I see the intro of the game, then when I click to start my saved game, it's makes one final "log in sound" before being completely black and unresponsive. With the exception of a horizontal white line in the middle of the screen (that normally devides the top and bottom screen). The game also states it's paused.

anything I can do to continue the game...?

version of emulator says: DeSmuME 0.9.11 x64
version of Storm Silver: Pokemon Storm Silver 1.05 -Complete.nds

desmume 0.9.11 is old and unsupported
Storm silver is a rom hack and is unsupported since it may have new bugs (and probably does). Pokemon has enough bugs in the first place...
When using multiple unsupported programs, make frequent backups of your save data.
