0.9.13 installation help

Hi,

I want to install the .13 release from source like it's written in this link. But I am getting confuse because the files differs between .11 and .13 versions. Could you help me with some instructions please?

Also tried to install at least version .11 following the guide but I encounter the same error as posted in this old bug. I couldn't find the newer version.

Installing on linux but not saying what distro? How long have you been using linux?
