Is there a way I can have an old save back once I already saved?

I think it happened to everyone to accidentally save a new game in the same channel of your current game. Is there a way to have that back? (Please I had 10+ hours in one day, I can't lose another day playing this game ahha)

I really think that savestates must be initially disabled and hidden in every emulator.

if you spent 10 hours working on a essay for school, you would make backups, right?
Then you should make backups of your 10 hours gameplay state in pokemon.
