Support Request: Hi, im currently running Desmume on a Mac high Sierra 10.13.6 and I need help with something. Every time I play GRID ds, at one point the game slows down and then gets back up running normally for some reason, I noticed it happens when all the cars in the race are seen in the screen or when the buildings are seen in the screen. I want to know if there is a feature in the emulator to make it use more of my CPU? Because when I run games that has 2x better resolution and graphics the game doesn’t lag, so maybe there is a feature that could make Desmume use even just a bit more of my cpu because my game always lags. Thanks!!

Re: Desmume performance issue

The game is probably internally running slow on purpose due to too much action, and desmume is faithfully emulating that. if the mac version has an FPS display that displays TWO numbers, check to make sure one of them is always running at 60 even when the game is slowing down. that means things are working normally even if the game is going slow
