Transparent blank space suggestion

Interesting but unusual request here, but:

If i could make the blank part of DesMuMe that comes out when you have unequal top/bottom screen be unseeable that'd be very useful to me personally and to anyone else that plays with stuff going on behind it on one monitor without completely removing the lower screen since it's very useful and usually a big menu in the games i play.

not going to happen. even in the most optimistic scenario for the desmume frontend getting maintained and improved, it won't be turning into a transparent window. what you want is two separate windows for each screen.
