Re: Direct3D version released

I just checked it with a few homebrew, and the D3D core seems quite preliminar compared to the openGL one, but it's nice someone besides me is working on a 3D rendere smile

Re: Direct3D version released

(Downloading) w00t. Is it the same person who did the 0.5.0wp1 GUI thingie?
Certainly promising. After suggesting such a thing I want to verify its performance increase, but I'm not sure about that.

What... Live post, finished downloading(built with the C++ version of eclipse...hmm, w00t C++ not C), testing...

IT IS the same 0.5.0wp1 person, cool...
Commercial games not working, no Daimond for pokefans tongue

EDIT: It calls my dumps pirated! what the heck?

Re: Direct3D version released

It's obviously very broken and buggy. It calls homebrews and demos pirates too. tongue

Silly japanese people. "Englished desmume info."

Re: Direct3D version released

Yeah well in order to get the games working(pretty impressive 3d bugfixes in Phoenix Wright/Castlevania menus) you just have to open them and overwrite the word in 0x10 (well just get in the file in a hex editor, go to the 16th and 17th bytes and put down 00 00 instead tongue)

It's slow. The speed settings OBVIOUSLY don't work, no lighting, weird textures. Welcome to Direct3D. smile (j/k no offense microsoft lovers)

Tried to recompile after lousy error chains (no conversions to LPCWSTR, damn), it took me my whole morning and after fixing everything I got a stupid error in japanese, that could be found nowhere in the sources/resources. Dammit!

Nice work anyway.

Re: Direct3D version released

Doesn't seem like the 3d was fixed all that much, it looks just like the latest unofficial build with the missing textures and all except it's all black. tongue

The new debugging tools seem interesting, though they barely work. It would be interesting to have a debug tool that allows to disable each music channel unless the tool's just for viewing how they act. Too bad they killed the old ones though.

Re: Direct3D version released

There are more glitch and graphic errors between this version and the latest wip but the speed is greater,
47~57 fps on super mario 64 DS

mario64dsnd5.jpg

it's maybe for the direct3d speed or for the less implementations?
