pokemon not evolving in soul silver

I have a Totodile at level 25 and an Abra at level 17, dont have any everstones and didnt press b when they should have evolved. Used nitro explorer 2b to make trade only evolves occur by leveling up, cant find any help on google. Is there a fix or do I need to start again?
