DeSmuME for Xbox ONE
Please port DeSmuME emulator to the Xbox ONE. For example through Xbox Live Creators Program. It allows create and publish homebrew games and programs. Please visit official page https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/g … ve/creator
ROMs will be loaded via USB disk, DVD or OneDrive.

no. microsoft won't approve emulators and it's unlikely we can compile c++ code
