hello.
i have been playing animal crossing wild world over desmume for a short while now, and recently i have decided to try playing over an emulator on my phone too. i have transferred the save data from the battery folder to the one on my android and it worked. however, when i tried doing the opposite, to replace save data from desmume with the one from my phone, it didn't. the start screen simply didn't register there was a save. i tried to change the folder location from which the saves load, but there was no effect. while i'm at it, when i tried starting over and saving over the existing file, the game didn't allow me to. when i delete the save and try again it works fine of course. however, i would really love to know whether there is a way to just continue playing the saved game from my phone.
i am using DeSmuMe_0.9.11 over 32-bit windows 7, and "NDS Emulator for Android 6" from CPU Studio over my phone.
thank you in advance!

We don't make android emulators, don't support them, and don't know anything about them. It's possible that it imports desmume's save file and then writes it out wrongly? Since you seem to understand the concept of moving files around, that rules out the cause of this problem for 98% of users. I think your best bet is to ask google about this particular transfer process but leave out which game since that wont matter and you might can find other people running into the same situation.
