im using windows xp. desmume 0.7 works for me but why does version 0.8 seems like bugged? did i missed something?
i downloaded the desmume 0.8 win from sourceforge.

what seems to be wrong? when i run the exe it just stops and i cant click on the menus. i also have to end task it to close.

i've been looking forward to the whole year developments T-T since desmume 0.7

Very odd. You said you haven't played .7 in a year, try it again so we can see if it's a change in your system or in desmume that broke it.

Re: Desmume 0.8 win -need help

Looks like a problem with your theme, try reverting back to the default theme and trying again. Some themes have slightly different sizes for outside of the windows which can make the menu use two rows.

You're not missing a file: we already told you, is an issue with your Windows theme. I use Windows XP, so it works there without an issue.
