Is this something to worry about?
It might help to know that I have a Mac.
Whenever I try to load a commercial rom, it just shows a white or black screen, that's all. I can run homebrews, though.

Knowing exact version, and which game you're trying would help. Also, full specs. In general, try to give useful information, else we can't help.
