game dont work

if i want to play a game. and i import the game i still ghete a white screen.. http://img519.imageshack.us/img519/8542/17588540om5.jpg  dont know if i may giff a link.. but then u see the problem..  its looks he cant find the game? plz help me.. hope if i giff good info... (ps) my english is not verry good.. but still plz help me thx
