WarioWare D. I. Y. save issue

Hello, that's me  again (Username is my username, lolwut?) and WarioWare D. I. Y. is freaking me out.
1. Making a game/record and trying to delete it makes the game say that it's data is corrupted. Also I can't play it right from the DIY box or view it in MakerMatic.
2. Making a game/record when there is already something in the box... turns the other games/records into copies of the new game/record.
