Save Files

Been playing Lost in Blue 3 for the past few hours and after saving (in-game) and save state (not sure if I "saved as..") when re-launched it only displays to start a new game. I've found three folders which contain .dsv, which I've inferred are the saves, I just can't get them to load.

Paths:
     -C:\Users\Brendan\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXa0.090\Battery
     -C:\Users\Brendan\Desktop\Battery
     -C:\Users\Brendan\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXa0.090\States

I am running Desmume V.0.9.9.

I've tried converting the .dsv's into .sav's but they still aren't recognized or loaded properly.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Save Files

you can move those folders from the temp directory into the desmume directory of your choice

Re: Save Files

My problem is, how do I get the saves to load? When I first played, I ran it from archive; I just extracted it. How do I import the saves? Or at least correct the path so Desmume can find it?

Re: Save Files

find out where desmume wants the .dsv file to go. it contains one without your savegame progress in it. replace it with the .dsv from your temp directory which was created with the savegame progress you want while you ran it out of the archive.
