Mario and Luigi Bowser Inside Story Up and Down FPS
hey i want to ask. i play this game normally FPS is 60 but after 5 minute-10 minute FPS down to 50-45 and it gonna always at 50-45 FPS why?? it never happen if i play different game like Pokemon White/Black if you have solution DONT tell me to Buy Poweful PC bla bla bla im using laptop

your cpu is throttling.
set the performance profile to high performance instead of balanced / low power.

i choose high performance and that make Desmume run even WORSE it make my FPS 45-40
