Can YOU help me??

i just downloaded DeSmuME, and i'm trying to play Jump! Ultimate Stars but..
i can't actually PLAY the game

after the comic, and after the mascot guy flies w/ the five stars, the screen goes black, and then this:

can anyone help me?
