README FIRST: for OSX and Linux users

Anything you read in any other thread here, or any other site on the web, may not apply to your Linux or OSX desmume, as most emulator users are in Windows. Please be aware of that.  If you ask a question and don't specify that you are using OSX or Linux, it will be assumed that you are using Windows, and when the thread uncovers the fact that you aren't, something unpleasant is likely to happen.
