Zelda Phantom Hourglass Glitch - Mac OSX

First of all, congrats on the update, was a big improvement for Mac users, mainly about microphone stuff.

Well, my first post here, so we should go direct to the problem.

I was playing ZeldaPH on the 0.9.8 and I have hard times with white noise and blow stuff, so I stuck in the isle of gust where we have to blow more "hard", with the release of 0.9.9 I was able to pass the blow puzzle very fast, but inside the temple, in the bridge you need to jump, Link just fall and keep falling straight down no matter how I try, so I decided to try jumping outside to see what happens and got myself stuck in the gusts you need to use to go upwards, the character stuck and stay that way. It is a glitch, a bug? I am doing something wrong?

I tried to save my state and use the progress to keep playing in the older version but the touch screen show few things and doesn't work, tried to play Castlevania OOE but it shows only text and no images either, also no sound, dunno why the older version stopped working.

I also have a problem with my gamepad in the version 0.9.9, down and right stuff, but I found a topic with the same problem so it's ok.

Re: Zelda Phantom Hourglass Glitch - Mac OSX

dont use savestates to move between emulator versions, use the .dsv in-game save file

Re: Zelda Phantom Hourglass Glitch - Mac OSX

I saved a .dsv file, but I can't select it when I go to Import Rom Save File in 0.9.8, the window opens but I can't select. Also, even if I start the game without loading anything, the 0.9.8 stopped working well, the touch screen faded to black, showing just text

Edit - Sorry for my inattention, just noticed you said in-game save, but about the older version stopping work, I'll try to reinstall it and try the in-game save

Re: Zelda Phantom Hourglass Glitch - Mac OSX

I reinstalled the 0.9.9 and started the game with the in-game save, problem solved

Thanks zeromus
