i really need help

Desmume will not even load for me
it just says DeSmume has encounterd a problem and must close we are sorry for the inconvinience.
what do i do?  it is V 0.9.7

Maybe you downloaded the 32bit version when you shoulda gotten the 64bit one. Maybe it's the other way around. Maybe you're running it completely wrong.

Give specific details if you expect help.

i gave all the details i know i googled DesMume 0.9.7 and downloaded it from mediafire but ti jsut wont open at all after i extracted t that is all i know

Well then don't download it from wherever you downloaded it. Download it from our site. Download the right version.

If it still doesn't work explain exactly what you download, what you do with it, how you run it, where you open it to, etc.

God, I'm sorry but that's really over the top. Emulators are not for dummies and I find it pathetic how programmers need to deal with that bullshit. Use this fucking step by step guide and hope you won't forget which side of your mouse's clickers stands for "left click".

You don't need to download the emulator through Mediafire because there's a FREE DAMN DIRECT DOWNLOAD ON THIS VERY SITE. If you don't know how to follow basic orders and open a program then press File>Load or w/e, go to gbatemp/romulation/projectpokemon or whatever and ask for very detailed support for this very trivial "problem".

Also, before you go on yelling, yes Desmume is slow on low end computers. Yes you'll probably get 45 FPS out of 60 (aka 75% speed), especially if you don't read the FAQ and find the basic methods to speed the emulator up (disable BUS/Frameskip 9/Speedup button if you can't find the Frameskip menu). And yes No$GBA will probably run faster on your computer but it has shitty compatibility, it crashes a lot and it doesn't have savestates nor GBA slot (nor perfect graphics or pretty much anything else needed for a consistently fun gaming experience for that matter).
