screen doesnt show up

i am really angry bcause i downloaded the nds  n pokemon pearl but da screen doesnt shw up the application is still running all that cmes up is a white screen i would like help on this plzzzzzzzzzzz reply bkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
