Are these specs good enough for DeSmuME?
A Pentium 4 Processor with 3.0 GHz? Good enough for DeSmuME to run Pokémon Soul Silver and Pokémon Black?

do you know what happens if you accidentally run a program on an under-specced machine? that's right, god kills a kitten. so no matter how much you may wish to have a definitive answer to your question by actually trying it, DO NOT. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. TRY IT.
