Ace Attorney, stuck on first judge question, what's the defendant name

Hi y'all,

I'm using rom 0127 legacy ace attorney phoenix, and i am using a french azerty keyboard. version of DeSmuME is 0.4.0 under windows vista.
i'm stucked on the judge's first question "Please, state the name of the defendant" !!

i do not know whick key to press to answer, i've tried A and Z but phoenix wright answers his own name, which is wrong, the other key don't do anything !

version 0.4.0 ?!?!?!?!?!? thats atleast a year old by now download the latest which iirc is 0.7.1

Download the emulator on the main page, because here you won't get support for NDesmume (done by a different author).

now, i have the last emu, but when i run the rom (0127 ace attorney legacy), the both screens are flashing. when i set frame skip to 0, it flash just a bit less, but it's still annoying and not really enjoyable.
and i get a weird green color all around of a button (on clickable option button in the game)
maybe i'm using an old version of this rom ? lol.
if you have any advice ?

What are your hardware specs? And your OS?

Wasn't it you who created NDeSmuME (based on yopyop's)?

No it is not him ! Shash and YopYop are 2 different Persons !
NDeSmuME project has been started by YopYop,
DSmuME is from Sash.
DSmume is the sequel to the abandoned project NDeSmuME.
abandoned for legal reasons.

harlock59 your wrong as well.
In fact DeSmuME was created by YopYop but was abandoned after a law change in France outlawing the creation of emulators so YopYop released the sourcecode.
I then took that code an added a few things but later on started using the code that was being ported to C by the DeSmuME team.
Shash used a modified version of DeSmuME that i gave him to start work on the 3d core.
NDeSmuME was made by some Italian guy and he only released one version but iirc he promised about 10

That's just the 3d objects not having texture masking done yet or something. The fix for that won't be released for a while.
