Seeing as you expect us to read your mind regarding what exactly is the nature of your problem, what are your computer specs, and what have you tried, allow me to return the favor.
I'm thinking of the answer. Read my mind.
Alternatively, provide the aforementioned pieces of information.

Ok, I'm playing guitar hero on tour and it does not show the people playing the guitar. I have windows vista and I'm using DeSmuME v0.9.5

Try switching to SoftRasterizer via the emulator's 3d settings menu.
