Downloaded and ran version 9.5, but...

The screen remains white...I can't get ROMs to open up on it! Do I need to download newer versions of the ROM, or is my Windows XP no longer able to handle the graphic technology of the new emulator.
And...while I'm here, lol, I thought I may as well ask how to use a stylus smoothly. Simply: have good mouse skills to manipulate it? Last time I attempted using it (for making whatever those new berry concoctions are), I would lose every time D:. ^^; I also figured maybe it's just the computer capability I'm running off of. ...Or, perhaps it's not possible to use the stylus efficiently in an emulator..

I think I have read what is your forum...It didn't say anything about the games not starting up. I'm not referring to any save files, I can't get the ROM file itself to open up whatsoever.

the faq says if graphics are missing switch to softrasterizer. considering you have to white screens, that sounds like it could describe your situation. switch to softrasterizer. if you want more than one suggestion at a time, then give more information.
