resident evil deadly silence and final fantasy 4

both of the above mentioned are giving me problems, final fantasy runs too slow, even if im applying frame skip and using software resterizer. And the color of blood in resident evil deadly silence remains green(even when i change it in the options).can anyone help me in this regard? Also can anyone tell me if the program is compatible with windows vista 32 bit?
