Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon is compatible

I've got the ROM for the game FESD and can confirm it works almost entirely bug-free.

Known Issues:
-Certain Graphics don't appear
--Chapter Titles (in-game)
--Load Screen Title Errors

Everything else (touch screen, gameplay graphics, animations, sounds) have no errors so far, but I'll keep that posted
