nothing happens when i load the rom

hey so i tried to run a copy of ryuusei no rockman 3 but when i started it its just blank and it says its executing but its just blank and tried to run fire emblem ds the japanese version but this time the bottom screen is blank

I need ur help

Probably not compatible, not all games are.
