Issue is exactly as per your FAQ

I have deleted my .sav and .dsv files related to the games, but it is still not working. May I know how I can get it running again?

Apologies, I found the source of the problem, with a litle help from your FAQs.
The source was not just the pre-existing save data, but the pre-existing emulator data itself.
Since I deleted it and introduced the new one, the games have been working properly.

what's "pre-existing emulator data itself"? I don't know what that means.
