For some reason, the DeSmuME is running too fast.... =\
I have 0.9.5, and it's only been running this fast for a week. It's weird, because fast usually isn't an issue for most people, but this is SUPER fast.
I checked to see if the frame rate limit was uncapped, but whether or not it is doesn't seem to make a difference. Thoughts?
