@someone I know it's been 6 years since you posted this help but I just wanted you to know you really helped me out. I was stressed out trying to figure out why I couldn't press new game (I've never owned a nintendo of any kind so I didn't know it was A) and almost lost hope. I really wanted to play nintendo games but couldn't afford it back then. Thanks again
