The way its working currently is when I first download a ROM and start it up it works fine. Anytime after that it will not work at all even after rebooting.
It just seems like the ROM dies after one play session.

I didn't see anything else on the forums or FAQ that pertains to my exact problem so hopefully someone here can give me an answer.
The ROM always works on the first try but then when I try to start it up again I get nothing. The DS screen is white while the rest of it is black.
I am running a basic Windows 7 Home Edition OS
