so i started up fire emblem ds japan version and the top screen is fine but the bottom is black

hey so i tried to run a copy of ryuusei no rockman 3 but when i started it its just blank and it says its executing but its just blank and tried to run fire emblem ds the japanese version but this time the bottom screen is blank
