Pokemon Platinum Freezing Issue

Hey people i need someones help on this
i use DeSmuME to play pokemon platinum, and everything works good, including AR codes (P.S i have found that some Ar codes cause the game to freeze), anyway back to my problem....
whenever i try to do a double pokemon battle with another trainer, the game freezes, it works fine when i am fighting two trainers by myself, but when i fight with another trainer it freezes..
like when you team up with Rowans Assistant in Veistone City it freezes it did the same thing with that Lady in Eterna Forest (i had to use the move anywhere ar code to get past it)
any help?

Oh by the way i'm running pokemon Platinum on DeSmuMe 0.9.4, for some reason 0.9.5 wasn't working for me
im also running it on Vista on a laptop with 1gb ram

It is probably one of the action replay codes causing the crash.

I have played Pokemon Platinum on 0.9.4 with no problems, but 0.9.5 is much better.

thanks.....but it still does that i deleted all the cheats but it didn;t work
i tried to download 0.9.5, i tried a few sites but they didn't work, and for some reason i can't find the download on the DeSmuMe Downloads page
Does anyone have a possible link?

i just downloaded the emulator, but i can't find the launcher for 0.9.5, i have looked in all the folders but still can't find it any help?

HELP!! My Pokemon Platinum Freezes, I'm using Desmume 0.9.4. Every time I level up, my game freezes..?
I used AR codes before, but I deleted them already, and still it didn't work out!!!
also when i heal at the center, it also stucks.

Also im not much into softwares so may you just simplify your solutions.... thanks....

0.9.4 is old as hell. Download the latest version, see if it helps.

i already downloaded 0.9.6. but it still doesn't work. i am not using the in-game save, because it is too long, so i use the save state function of the desmume... when i load state at 0.9.6, it says there's an error... help please!!!

suck it up and use in-game save. it is the only way. at least use it once so you can get it into 0.9.6 and then you can continue using savestates

Assuming you set the correct savetype in 0.9.4 when you started the game. If not you're soooooo screwed. Sorta.

In one source it says that the savetype for platinum is flash 4mbit, but when i tried it out and use the ingame save, it displayed "save error".

What am i going to do...

follow the instructions in the faq for getting a file from 0.9.4 to a newer version of the emulator
