I am certainly not savvy, at all, when it comes to computers and their technical significances. I'm planning on getting a new PC soon, hopefully. This one I came across is a fair $749.
Key features: Windows 7 Home Premium; AMD Phenom™l II 820 quad-core processor; 8GB memory and 1TB hard drive; built-in wireless networking; 20" widescreen LCD monitor included
Features* Desktop also features: Double-layer DVD±RW/CD-RW drive with LightScribe labeling; NVIDIA GeForce 9100 graphics; 15-in-1 media reader
* Monitor features: Ultrafast 5 ms response time; nonglare screen; 1000:1 contrast ratio; digital (DVI-D) with HDCP and standard analog VGA inputs; Quick View modes; swivel and tilt design; built-in speakers
* This package price will no longer be valid if you return one of the items. See the details.
* Best Buy's Bundle Return Policy applies to this package purchase. Items in package may ship separately.
The computer seems better than the $3,000 one I bought 3 years ago (which is currently out of service). But I'm skeptical when it comes to cheap things... Basically, what I'm getting at is, would a PC of this caliber be enough to run the emulator sufficiently?

I wanted to be more "enlightened", I guess. Seems I posted this in the wrong place, my apologies.

Well, you didn't read the sticky, obviously. Closing, as it's on the wrong place.
