M&L: Bowser's inside story; Giant Bowser battles

When i enter a battle where I control Giant Bowser, one of my screens freezes while othe is working properly, and frequently they switch places (now the second screen is working while the first is not). I lose every time on that battle with Bowser's castle. Anyone know how to solve this problem???

Did you try switching between soft rasterizer and openGL?

Did you try not using an old desmume? I guess I spent many nights fixing that exact scene in that exact game for no reason.

The one on desmume.org - Try clicking downloads, it may have something to do with downloading.
