Mario&Luigi:Bowser's Inside Story (Help)

Hi! I love the game same in the topic...
I played it until i am in the Blue shell part with Three Flying Minions
and there's where i supposed to get Yoo Who Cannon Speciall Pieces but.....
when i try to hit the block with the shell....it didnt work... it reaches it but the
shell will come back without hitting the block...
Can anybody help me?
Is it my fault that i used the ability cheat before it?
Please Help!

Someone else had that problem once. It really doesnt sound like an emulation bug. Let us know if you figure it out.
