Jo, im at this stage too. the methods in which you see two circles (last window), is not functional for the electrical triggers in hotel dusk. they work in an other way!
Can anyone help us for this one ???

No, sorry, but the two points to touch in hotel dusk doesnt work like the one in last window. id read the faq, but the "imaginal shining two points that appears at once" does not appears in hotel dusk when i do it in the same way like in last window !!!
how can i do that? is there an other way?

Re: is multi touch supproted in desmume?

How can I touch two points on the screen at once, as required by Hotel Dusk or Phoenix Wright?

One user got past this by first switching on one of the switches, then pausing the game, and sort of switching on an imaginary switch in the middle of the two switches while manipulating the frame advance hotkey. See, gbatek says that when two points are touched, that the hardware appears as if the average of the two points is actually pressed. But the game expects you to touch them at not-exactly-the-same-time.

Here is a thread discussing it in Phoenix Wright where you may get a different description of this technique: /viewtopic.php?pid=11864

We can't help you any further than reading this+the thread mentioned in the quote.
