Help, I can't launch desmume

I was playing harvest moon rune factory on Desmume 0.9.1. Then I quit to eat dinner. Now I can't open Desmume. I tried redownloading but it still wouldn't open. It shows up on task manager and on my task bar. I can hear the sounds of various games. But I cant see the game. Does anyone know whats going on?

Probably the process died. Just kill it from the task manager as you would do with other processes. If you don't know how to do it, just google it.

Re: Help, I can't launch desmume

If you killed all instances, it might be your system failing, try to reboot if you already did, else I'm clueless. Sorry, that's as much as I can help with this issue.

Re: Help, I can't launch desmume

on linux I would try to kill the x server and uninstall-nvidia
"cd /usr/local/bin && wget -Nc http://techpatterns.com/sgfxi && chmod +x sgfxi"
press ctrl (strg)+alt+F1
login as root (else sudo)
"cd /usr/local/bin" and execute sgfxi -c (sometimes works with just "sgfxi -c" on other occasions had to put ./ in front of it)
whatever it might be with the other grakas out there.
On windows , updating the driver for graphics and clean your registry manually is always a good idea.
I often did so because I was unsatisfied with all the programs out there supposed to do it for me.
