Pokemon Renegade lost save

I was playing Pokemon Renegade Platinum, I thought I clicked my web browser and began typing. This led my Desume to reset. However before my game reset I had just saved. Before the reset my time was around 140 hours, now its reset to 68 hours. I have no idea what happen. Please help!

You loaded an old save state. Search your disk for (backups) -named directories stored along with other save states and you may find one to recover you 140 hours state. If you don't know how to do this, you will have to get help from a friend. It's basic computer operation skills and we can't help you do that.
