Need some help with pokemon black save

I saved manually without the emulator save states in a prior playthrough, and now i started a new one which i saved with the save state function. The problem is, i cant enter things like the battle subway, as a different save file already exists, so i was wondering if you guys know of any way to solve this? i have deleted the save file but it gets restored every time i load my save in the emulator, is there any cheat or something that can help me get into things like the battle subway?

There is no way to solve it. You ignored the warning message. The warning message told you you would not be able to save.
