Custom Increase / Decrease Speeds?

hi

using the hotkeys for changing the target FPS goes from 1.000 to 0.75 to 0.5 as the first two settings

is there a way to chance this? Id like to have increments of 10ths if possible 1.0, 0.9, 0.8

I looked in the settings and also the program directory to see if there was a file that held the list of values but didnt find anything

no. you will have to edit the source code.
