cant write save error

its the first time i got this error, i played this Pokemon Conquest in this emulator before, i changed most of my pc, all but my hard drives, and now i get the error "Cannot write save data. Turn off the power, remove and reinsert the Game Card, and then try again." i dont mind not saving as long as i can play and save states

what version of desmume are you using? that error should be impossible unless you are using cheats or have hacked your save file.
